Our team is available to assist you during regular business hours. We’re here to help Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 9 PM.
Orders can be placed at any time, and we’ll fulfill them during our operating hours.
We currently do not operate under a physical storefront. Our entire business is conducted through online orders and deliveries, ensuring a convenient and direct service to your door.
We primarily serve the DMV region within a 25-mile radius of Washington, DC, which includes some parts of Maryland and Northern Virginia
If your area falls outside our delivery radius, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on delivery availability and location.
Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out via text to confirm your delivery location and time.
There is a $25 delivery fee that goes directly to our drivers. This fee is waived for orders above $100, in which we compensate the drivers ourselves.
Payments will be processed in-person through our delivery driver, as we do not accept online payments. We ensure discreet packaging and can accommodate special requests.
However, for security and safety reasons, we do not offer drop-offs unless specifically requested by the client.
While we cannot guarantee expedited orders, we are always happy to try and accommodate special requests based on driver availability and current circumstances.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that additional fees may apply for any expedited service.
We accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp through our delivery drivers at the time of delivery.
We do not accept any payments through our website.
We may ask for identification for verification and security purposes, especially for new members who were not referred by a member from our network.
Your privacy is important to us, and once verified, you will not need to provide your ID again in the future.
We do not offer refunds unless a product is defective or not in proper working order. If you have any concerns about your products or the delivery, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
First, you must have an account with us to accrue loyalty points. Membership is free of charge.
Once logged in, members can access their points by going to the My Account section in the top right header, then selecting Points and Rewards on the My Account page.
Members can also view and use coupon codes they’ve converted from their points by clicking on the Member Rewards button at the bottom left of the screen.
